With the English headings you shouldn't have problem navigating the Main Menu. I will briefly explain what each mode is.

VERSUS: Play a game of exhibition against the CPU.

PENNANT: (Season Mode) Pick a team and play them during the season & up to 20 years total.

MY LIFE: Play as a rookie and follow his career until his retirement. Note: This mode is not translated because it's too big and has too many random elements which make it impossible to translate.

SUCCESS: RPG mode where you can create a player. Note: This mode is not translated because it's too big and has too many random elements which make it impossible to translate.

ONLINE: Online: play the Power Star card game online VS other players

NETWORK: The standard online versus mode. PS3-online play, Vita - online (WiFi) play or ad-hoc play. 

TRAINING: Fun practice modes help you learn and improve your pitching, hitting and defense.

DATA: Save your preferred settings, view all player attributes and edit cheer songs.

ARRANGE: Edit an existing team (change names to English etc) then use them in exhibition or pennant games.
